Design Review

Arden's Design Review process is in place to maintain the architectural aesthetic of our beautiful community.
 
A DRB application is needed for all exterior modifications to your home. This includes landscaping, fencing, roofing, and home additions, to name a few.

*DRB Meetings takes place every other Tuesday

All DRB application fees must be made payable to Arden HOA. Accepted forms of payment are check or money order payable to Arden HOA. 
 
All DRB Applications have a firm deadline of 5 days before the DRB Meeting and are due by 3:00pm.

The Arden Design Review Board is in place to maintain the architectural aesthetic of our beautiful community. Members of the committee play a key role and have the following duties: 
  • Meet every other Tuesday
  • Meetings are to discuss received applications for exterior modifications and improvements for approval.
  • Review Architectural Guidelines as needed.
  • Moderate email correspondence

Arden Signage - For Sale or Rent & Open Houses

1. For Sale and For Lease Signs are permitted pursuant to the Architectural Design Guidelines.
2. Open House sign: one "Open House" sign no greater than 18"x 24" may be erected on an Owner's Lot and only on that Owner's Lot on the day of the open house and must be removed by the next day. No directional signs are permitted in the community.
