Reminder:

Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian patron over 18 years of age at all times. The pool and deck areas are not available for private rental. 

Arden Fitness Center

Open daily from 5 AM - 10 PM

Arden strives to incorporate Healthy Living by offering a state-of-the-art fitness facility for everyday use. Includes dedicated exercise rooms and a large workout area with cardio and muscle-building equipment. 

Group Fitness Room

Arden offers a large group fitness room that can be utilized all on your own, or with a group of neighbors. With Wellbeats you don't have to plan your day around an instructor's schedule, simply pick and choose from a series of workouts available on demand.

Before heading to the Group Fitness Room to workout, make sure you check the Community Calendar to see if any classes are already taking place.
