From architectural styles and building materials to landscaping and other decorative elements, homes in Arden will convey a simple elegance and a sense of community. Our guidelines will help showcase fine design, enhance curb appeal and build a reputation for Arden as a community of choice. 
 
Prior to beginning any modification to the exterior of your home, please review the design guidelines and submit an application to the Design Review Board (DRB).

ARDEN ROOM + COVERED PORCH RATE: $600 DEPOSIT: $300. MAX CAPACITY= 88
 
ARDEN ROOM RATE: $400 DEPOSIT: $250. MAX CAPACITY= 75
 
ARDEN ROOM+ COVERED PORCH + ALCOHOL RATE: $600 DEPOSIT: $600. MAX CAPACITY= 88
 
CARD ROOM RATE: $300 DEPOSIT: $200. MAX CAPACITY= 24
 
Make sure your HOA account is in good standing (no outstanding fees or dues).
Read, understand, and submit the Arden Rental Reservation Agreement document.
Contact the Lake House at 561-461-5502 to see if your desired date is available. Rentals can only be made up to 90 days out and no less than 20 calendar days before the date of your booking.  
All rentals must be within the operation hours of the Lakehouse, 9a-4p Monday -Saturday and 12p-4p on Sundays. 

Important notes: There is a required two-hour minimum for rental reservations, and you must rent all the time related to your event, including any setup time and tear down/cleanup time. Access to the room before what you have reserved is not permitted.

Submit 2 separate checks; one in the amount of the security deposit and one in the amount of the rental hours to secure the date. No dates will be saved until appropriate items are received.
 
Once availability is confirmed, staff will contact you and set up a walk-through day one to two weeks before your event date.
All payments must be paid in the form of a check or money order and made payable to Arden.
