1.Request/reservations will only be considered for residents in good standing with the Association, defined as:
2. Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance and no later than ten calendar days before the desired date.
3. Rentals must fall within Lakehouse operating hours: 9 AM - 4 PM Monday through Saturday and 12 PM - 4 PM on Sunday. 4. Access to the room before the reservation time is not permitted. 5. Payment must be made with two separate checks: One for the security deposit and one for the rental. Payments must be made via check or money order made payable to Arden HOA. Payments are due no later than ten calendar days before the desired date. 6. If serving alcohol, and increased deposit and Host Liquor Liability Insurance is required. You may use either (1) an insured Bartending Service or (2) purchase a policy through your homeowner's insurance or any private event insurance company. Alcohol cannot be sold. To obtain host liquor liability insurance coverage, contact theeventhelper.com Please ensure that the Certificate lists the following as both the certificate holder and additional insured: Arden Homeowners Association and CCMC 8360 E Via de Ventura Suite L 100 Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Please email your Liquor Liability Insurance to sam@myardenfl.com at least 14 business days before the event.
7. For any vendor providing on-site services at the event (such as a Balloon Artist, Caterer, Photographer, DJ, etc.), we require a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Please ensure that the Certificate lists the following as both the certificate holder and additional insured: Arden Homeowners Association and CCMC 8360 E Via de Ventura Suite L 100 Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Please email the COI's to sam@myardenfl.com at least 14 business days before the event.
