We are so glad you have decided to call Arden your home. We created this page to help you get settled in your new neighborhood, connect to resources, and take advantage of what your community has to offer! 
 
 
Read through your Welcome Home Guide for information regarding the community, how to stay connected, and more. This includes all of the information you need to know as a brand-new member of the neighborhood.
 
 
To Set Up Electric, Natural Gas, Water & Trash Services:
Residents will need to contact the companies listed below for setup and are responsible for payment directly. Utilities for residences are not covered under HOA assessments with the exception of Irrigation.  
 
The trash and recycling collection for Arden is on Wednesday & Saturday.  All waste must be placed at the curb the night before or before 6 a.m. on the scheduled day. Bulk Waste pick up is every Saturday. Learn more: Trash Pickup

Arden Amenity Access: 
If you are the first homeowner of a newly built home, you will receive 2 free amenity key fobs at your new resident appointment.
 
If you purchased a home as a resale, the previous homeowner will provide their fobs to you at closing. If the keys have been lost or damaged, you may purchase replacements at the Lakehouse. There is a $50 fee per fob. (We accept check or money order made payable to Arden HOA)
 
If you are a tenant, you may purchase amenity key fobs at the Lakehouse during your new resident appointment. There is a $50 fee per fob. (We accept check or money order made payable to Arden HOA))
 
Please note: A maximum of 4 amenity key fobs can be issued per home.
 
Arden Gate Access: 
If you are the first homeowner of a newly built home, you will receive 2 free gate access stickers at your new resident appointment. You may purchase additional stickers for residents of your home, there is a $50 fee per sticker. (We accept check or money order made payable to Arden HOA)
 
If you purchased a home as a resale or are a tenant, you may purchase gate access stickers at the Lakehouse during your new resident appointment. There is a $50 fee per sticker. (We accept check or money order made payable to Arden HOA)
 
 
Cluster Mailbox Keys:
The HOA staff is not involved in the process of obtaining replacement mail keys.
 
If you are the first homeowner of a newly built home, to obtain your mailbox keys, please pick them up at the Lakehouse. If not, the previous homeowner will provide it to you at closing. If the key has been lost or damaged, please contact a locksmith. The HOA and Post Office do not have or maintain sets of mailbox keys.

HOA Assessments
Your HOA assessments were collected at the time of your closing for the current and upcoming quarters. If you are unsure whether you currently have a balance, please feel free to contact the office. Additional information is available by visiting Account Information.
 
Exterior Modifications
Any exterior modification to your home (i.e. tree removal, landscape, painting, roof, additions, etc.) must be approved by the DRB prior to any projects starting. Arden has a specific aesthetic requirement, therefore approved color palettes, landscape guidelines and more are all available to help you with your projects. Additional information is available by visiting Design Review.   
 
HOA Website
Certain areas of the website are restricted to register users only. To gain access, please follow the below steps. 
  • Click the "Register" link at the top right of the page and select "Owner" or "Tenant".
  • An email will be sent to the Lifestyle Director to approve your registration. Upon approval, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to log in and change your password.
 
Pet Directory:
If you have pets, we recommend visiting our Pet Directory and adding your pets complete with photos so that in the event they get lost, the community can easily search the directory to help get them home if found.

New Resident Checklist:
1. Apply for Amenity Access
 
Fill out the application linked below for access to the community amenities and stickers for your cars.
 
2. Schedule an Appointment
 
After you apply, use the link below to schedule an appointment to pick up your fobs and vehicle stickers. All appointments should be scheduled for at least 48 hours after applying.
 
3. Register Golf Cart
 
All golf carts used in Arden must be registered with the Association by submitting proof of liability insurance.
 
Golf carts may only be used on private roadways. They are not allowed on Arden Lake Way, Cane Field Trace, or the Trail System.
 
4. Sign Up for Community Newsletter
 
Sign up for our community newsletter to stay informed about what's happening in the community. The newsletter contains important community updates, events and activities, and more!
 
5. Visit the Document Library
 
Visit the document library to review the community governing documents, architectural design guidelines, amenity rules and policies, meeting minutes, and more!
 
6. Learn More About the Arden Farm
 
The Arden farm grows fresh vegetables from the first week of November to mid-May. Arden residents can register for the farm share program, which allows them to receive tokens to exchange for Arden-grown produce throughout the year!

From architectural styles and building materials to landscaping and other decorative elements, all homes in Arden convey a simple elegance and a sense of community.
