Make sure your HOA account is in good standing (no outstanding fees or dues).Read, understand, and complete the Arden Private Event Usage Request document.
Contact the Lake House at 561-461-5502 to see if your desired date is available. Rentals can only be made up to 90 days out. All rentals must be within the operation hours of the Lakehouse, 9a-4p Monday -Saturday and 12p-4p on Sundays. Important notes: There is a required two-hour minimum for rental reservations, and you must rent all the time related to your event including any set up time and tear down/clean up time. Access to the room prior to what you have reserved is not permitted.
Submit your appropriate security deposit with a check to secure date. No dates will be saved until appropriate security deposit is received. Hourly fees for your rental must be made with a separate check. Once availability is confirmed, staff will contact you and set up a walk-through day one-two weeks prior to your event date. Rental fees (hourly fees) must be paid in advance of your event date.
All payments must be paid by check/money order and made payable to Arden HOA
Bookings are not finalized until FULL payment is received.
