Arden's Design Review process is in place to maintain the architectural aesthetic of our beautiful community.

A DRB application is needed for all exterior modifications to your home. This includes landscaping, fencing, roofing, and home additions, to name a few.

*The DRB Meeting takes place every other Tuesday
*please note that meeting dates are subject to change

All DRB application fees must be made payable to Arden HOA. Accepted forms of payment are check or money order payable to Arden HOA.

All DRB Applications have a firm deadline of 5 days before the DRB Meeting and are due by 3:00pm.

The Arden Design Review Board is in place to maintain the architectural aesthetic of our beautiful community. Members of the committee play a key role and have the following duties:

Meet every other Tuesday
Meetings are to discuss received applications for exterior modifications and improvements for approval.
Review Architectural Guidelines as needed.
Moderate email correspondence

To have your DRB Application considered for review, all documentation about the project must be submitted. Incomplete applications will receive one courtesy reminder of what is needed and if the missing documents are not received, the application will not be considered for review.
