Residents interested in enhancing your property landscape are invited to review the following checklist to ensure you have addressed each item in your submission to help avoid potential delays in the review process.
Applications for landscaping should be submitted separately from other projects. The Design Review Board (DRB) requires additional time to review landscaping applications and it can take up to 30 days to receive an answer.
